Montana member and non-member haulers and landfill owners/operators throughout the state attend the annual convention.

Hotel Information

Room reservations may be made by calling the Delta Helena Colonial at (406) 443-2100. MSWC has contracted special rates for a limited number of rooms starting at $172, plus tax. Be sure to indicate that you are attending the MSWC convention. Reservations need to be made no later than August 23 to receive the MSWC conference rates.

Cancellation Deadline

Cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be made after September 2nd.

Security

MSWC cannot be responsible for exhibitors' possessions. It remains exhibitor's sole responsibility to protect their equipment and materials. MSWC assumes no liability for loss.
