Attendance

Montana member and non-member haulers and landfill owners/operators throughout the state attend the annual convention.

Costs & Services

A six-foot, draped and skirted table will be provided in the exhibit area (space permitting, additional tables may be requested at $125 per table). Parking lot space can be reserved for outside displays; contact MSWC if needed. The charge for each company is $600. Booth sharing is prohibited; one company per booth. Additional companies will be required to purchase their own booth. Each exhibitor will receive a roster of convention attendees and a listing in the official convention program.

After you have reserved space, you will receive confirmation and a listing of Montana Solid Waste Contractors. 

Hotel Information

Room reservations may be made by calling the Delta Helena Colonial at (406) 443-2100. MSWC has contracted special rates starting at $172, plus tax. Be sure to indicate that you are attending the MSWC convention. Reservations need to be made no later than August 23 to receive the MSWC conference rates.

Cancellation Deadline

Cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be made after September 2nd.

Security

MSWC cannot be responsible for exhibitors' possessions. It remains exhibitor's sole responsibility to protect their equipment and materials. MSWC assumes no liability for loss.
